The Premier Catheter Supplies Scholarship will be offering (2) $1,000 scholarships to college students in the United States. Applicants are required to submit their transcript. Requirements for this application also include a list of awards, honors, achievements, and an essay.
The essay prompt is “describe your most meaningful achievements. How do they relate to your field of study and goals in the future?” Applicants must also tell why they feel like they are the right candidate to receive this scholarship.
Submissions for this scholarship are due by December 1, 2020.
